in the field, as non-revolutionaries, and claim that

they, who have kept to themselves all revenues and

supplies of arms,

furnished the militarists with

informations and are enjoying lucrative and high positions,

which our soldiers have secured them at the sacrifice

of their blood, are the real revolutionists. Is there

any justice left in the orld? If we want to uphold justice, we cannot but overthro. such unreasonable and

shameless Communists and all those who are willing to

be their tools.

A narration of the intrigues they have instituted

to set up dissension among our revolutionary armies will

further show their malignity and wickedness. They have

recklessly disseminated groundless ramours so as to rouse bad feeling between the various associations of our

revolutionary soldiers. They would tell ▲ Army that B was working to eliminate it, and B Army that A would get B disbanded. They have also carelessly circulated libels about the trustworthiness of various military

leaders.

Tang Yin Tat has monopolized the power of the

General Political Council and has posted in the Political

Departments of the various armies his own men who are young, inexperienced, and dangerous scoundrels, thus reducing the various Political Departments into organisations of

the Communists for detective work and for causing

disturbances.

As regards supply of arms and ammunition, the Communists at Wuhan ostensibly fulfilled the instructions of the Generalissimo, but in reality they neglected them, deliberately causing undue delay, and later in order to show favour, they gave the troops supplies of arms and

ammunition themselves.
